Hiri Etessami

Born in Tehran, Iran, Hiri immigrated to the United States in 1978 and attended the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School of greater Washington. After attending Georgetown University, he received early admission to the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. He graduated from the Advanced Endodontics Specialty program in 1991, and at the time was the youngest endodontist in the United States.

Hiri has founded and led several technology companies, and is currently involved in a number of biotechnology and real estate ventures. He has been an Associate Clinical Professor at both USC and UCLA schools of dentistry.

 

Hiri continues to practice endodontics and dental implantology in Los Angeles, CA, and lives in Beverly Hills, CA with his wife and two sons. He is involved with multiple Jewish organizations, and currently sits on the board of Beth Jacob Congregation, the largest modern orthodox synagogue in California.
